Arik Sugiarta brings over 15 years of hospitality experience, with expertise in operational excellence, service leadership, and sustainable business growth. Beginning in Front Office, he built a strong foundation in hotel operations and guest experience before advancing into senior leadership roles. As Corporate General Manager of BVR Group Asia, Arik oversees operational execution across diverse business units, aligning teams, strengthening performance, and translating strategy into measurable results.
